Rami Batshoun | President

Rami graduated with his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 1995. He began his professional career working in Germany, Greece and Morocco. In 1998 he returned to the US after 4 successful years in international business. He then founded Guardlink in 1999 and Parklink in 2010, now known as Link2Protect and Link2Park respectively. He is passionate about technology and the impact it can have on business and society.

Bob Fricke | CEO  

Bob graduated from Miami University in 1984 with a BS in Business. He started work in the construction industry as a laborer and progressed to PM, Director and most recently was VP of Construction for a local Developer/Builder. Throughout his career Bob developed expertise in understanding and building complex projects, from concept, through design and construction. This expertise served him well as his role evolved into operations management with P & L responsibility. In 2012 Bob joined Linkology, where his knowledge of construction means & methods, large scale project management and operations management are invaluable. As Linkology's COO, Bob is responsible for daily operations, customer service and executing the strategic vision of the company.

Toby Asbury | CSO

Toby graduated with a BS in Chemistry from Miami University in 1995 and earned his MBA from Xavier University in 2001. He began his professional career working at the Andrew Jergens Company as a Research Scientist eventually earning a patent for one of his chemical complexes. In 1997 He started his first business, and has been creating ever since. Toby is passionate about process and the impact that technology can have on business decisions, efficiency and ROI. Toby leads the Marketing and the Sales team and directs corporate strategy.

Tim Ludlow | CFO

Tim graduated with his BS from Wright State University in 1989 with a dual major in Accounting and Finance. He began his professional career in public accounting starting with a local firm and eventually finishing up his public accounting career at Deloitte Touche. Tim passed his CPA exam in 1992 and continues to maintain his license since. Tim is a motivated and well-rounded Senior Financial Executive that brings a proven track-record for helping companies become more efficient while introducing innovative ways to strengthen the bottom line and achieve a stronger financial position. He has worked and honed his financial and operational skills as both a Controller and CFO in a variety of industries which include Manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction, and Healthcare. Tim joined Linkology in February of 2016.

Jason Stephens | Business Development Manager
(Cincinnati, Ohio)  

Jason Stephens studied Construction Management at the University of Cincinnati and has experience designing security systems from the ground up. He has a keen eye for customer interests and lives by our mission here at Linkology to love the customer. He is highly detailed oriented, and with a sales and service background, has gained the trust and loyalty of many clients.
