Linkology service technicians are IT-based specialists who are certified in Microsoft, Honeywell, EST, SkiData, Lenel, GE, Commend, Eval, Tagmaster and others. We also have qualified staff to provide support in IT, MSCE security, MSCE SQL database, AutoCAD, Civil and Traffic Engineering and more. Every person at Linkology is focused on maintaining systems and relationships.
Monitoring & Remote Access
Linkology uses the most advanced communication technologies available to provide around the clock monitoring for our alarms and systems. Our central station service offers a high level of redundancy and is engineered to meet or exceed all industry requirements, including the stringent physical and operational standards required for Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Factory Mutual (FM) approval. Our remote access and monitoring systems alerts us to system issues oftentimes before our clients are even aware.
The Linkology office is staffed with support personnel and engineers during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. We pride ourselves in our 2 hour emergency response time, 24/7.
